The qualification will provide learners with the knowledge and practical

competence required to be able to recognise and treat adults, children

and infants who have become unresponsive, suffered cardiac arrest or are having a life-threatening allergic reaction (Anaphylaxis). Learners will gain the skills and knowledge to respond quickly, calmly, and confidently and provide life saving treatment.
